Go ahead and vote it in.Then see your money being funneled off into pet projects of people in government other than transportation, you never know some may find its way into their pockets also. (I’m bad) It would be nice to see some better highways and traffic conditions. I think Atlanta is going to have to go the way of other large city’s and improve on the public transportation system and people will have to accept this

As a Gwinnettian, this t-splost has an eery parallel to the park splost in Gwinnett. Many millions spent on building the parks, but the funds are restricted to building only….no maintenance allowed from those funds. I have read (unverified) that this splost is similar. Instead of the gift that keeps on giving, it would be the albatross that keeps on taking.

Thanks Ahnald, and no taxes aren’t ever taken back. Look at Georgia 400 which has long been paid for but the tolls (tax) are still in place.

Point of fact. Pelosi isn’t a criminal based on her Visa trades because until recenlty Congress was exempt from insider trading laws. Thank 60 Minutes for bringing that issue to the front.

I’m not condoning what she did, or Boehner with healthcare stocks, I’m just noting that the statement is factually incorrect.
