Bill Clinton isn’t the only one who doesn’t count oral sex as sex. Most college students don’t either.
Fewer than 1 in 5 undergraduates consider oral-genital contact as “having sex,” a 2007 survey of nearly 500 college students found.
The former president, who famously claimed that he “did not have sexual relations with that woman (Washington intern Monica Lewinsky),” is credited with providing the critical turning point in attitudes about sex — which has been nicknamed the “Clinton-Lewinsky effect.”

Yes Sam, but isn’t that sort of one of those what came first, the chicken or the egg questions? If the President of United States says something is so, his believers will believe. So did him saying oral sex is not sex convince others of the same? And what is the definition of is?

But, this is really for our sons. You see, I have a dream, a dream where all young men can get oral sex and not have it count as sex. No obligatory phone call the next morning, no awkard moment when you run into them having not made the phone call. Free at last, thank God almight, free at last……..

11Jeff: OK, I live with that, makes sense. That means of course that a “rub and tug” at the local massage parlor doesn’t count as sex. See, if we work together on these issues in a bi-partisan way, we can really accomplish alot.
